Introducing Treliq

We're building a workflow automation platform for SaaS teams who want to automate user onboarding, engagement, and retention — without stitching together five different tools.

We’re building Treliq — a workflow automation platform for SaaS teams who want to automate user onboarding, engagement, and retention without stitching together five different tools.

The Problem We’re Solving

Every SaaS team hits the same wall after launch. Users sign up, and then… nothing happens automatically. So you cobble together a drip email tool, a separate in-app messaging tool, some custom backend code for webhooks, and a few cron jobs to catch inactive users.

It works. Until it doesn’t. Each tool has its own dashboard, its own billing, and none of them react to what your users are actually doing.

What Treliq Does

Treliq watches what your users do and responds automatically.

Event-driven, not time-based. Traditional tools send emails on day 1, 3, 7. Treliq triggers actions when things actually happen — a user signs up, skips onboarding, activates a feature, or goes quiet.

Visual branching workflows. Not just linear sequences. Build if/else flows: check user attributes, branch into different paths, converge back. All on a visual canvas.

AI Copilot. Describe what you want — “send a nudge to users who signed up but didn’t complete onboarding within 2 days” — and AI generates the complete workflow. Actions, conditions, email content, all of it.

What You Can Automate

  • Welcome emails and onboarding sequences
  • In-app messages (modals, banners, tooltips)
  • Re-engagement campaigns for inactive users
  • Webhook calls to your backend or third-party services
  • AI-generated personalized content — per user, per message

Where We Are

Treliq is in early access.

We’re looking for early SaaS teams who want to automate their user lifecycle without building the infrastructure themselves.

Treliq is built by a founder who got tired of rebuilding the same user automation stack at every startup.
